1. Scope
These terms apply to contracts for an account and a plan on www.repairinfo.app between MMR Labs GmbH, Carl-Benz-Straße 6, 89269 Vöhringen, Germany (“provider”), and the customer. The offer is directed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply, even if the provider does not object to them.
The tools without an account are governed by the terms of use. The Shopify app RepairInfoEU is not covered by these terms; its terms are in the Shopify App Store.
2. Service
With the HTML snippet, the customer creates a repair block from their own information: an HTML section for the product page of their store. On request, the snippet takes the repairability class and index from the European Commission’s EPREL database. The block is generated in the customer’s browser; the provider does not store the block, only its checksum and the details for the record (section 8).
A repair block counts when the customer copies or downloads the finished code. Each plan includes the following blocks per calendar month (Coordinated Universal Time, UTC) and users:
| Plan | Repair blocks per calendar month | Users | Price excl. VAT |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kostenlos | 30 | 1 | free |
| Startup | 300 | 1 | €19 a month or €190 a year |
| Organisation | 2,000 | 5 | €79 a month or €790 a year |
| Enterprise | unlimited | any number | €199 a month or €1,990 a year |
Without an account, 3 blocks per internet connection in 30 days are free. The same block with identical content counts only once, even when the quota is used up. If the customer creates a changed block on the same calendar day for the same product for which a block was already counted that day, up to three such corrections are free; the same product means the same EPREL registration number or, with an account, the same product title. Unused blocks expire at the end of the month and are neither carried over nor refunded.
The account includes the record (section 8) and a saved template. Organisation and Enterprise include a team with roles and payment by invoice; Enterprise also includes the audit log and a data processing agreement (section 9). The obligation check, EPREL lookup, barcode check and rankings remain free without limit.
The provider develops the service further and may change it, provided the agreed core services of the booked plan (quota, users, record) are preserved.
3. Responsibility for the information
The customer alone is responsible for ensuring that the information in the repair block is correct, belongs to the product offered and meets the information obligations that apply to them, and for how they place the block in their store. Data in EPREL is entered by the suppliers of the products; the provider gives no warranty for its accuracy or currency. The provider does not check the information and does not provide legal advice.
4. Conclusion of contract
The contract for a free account is concluded with the first sign-in (code by email or sign-in with Google). The customer books a paid plan in their account: they choose plan and term, confirm that they are acting as a business and accept these terms. The time of confirmation and the version of these terms are stored. The contract is concluded when payment at Stripe is completed, or, for payment by invoice, when the provider confirms the subscription.
The obligations under § 312i(1) sentence 1 nos. 1 to 3 BGB and Art. 246c EGBGB do not apply insofar as they can be waived between businesses. The contract language is German; the English and French versions are for information only. The contract text is not stored separately; these terms can be accessed at this address at any time.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are net plus statutory VAT. For customers in other EU states with a valid VAT ID, the reverse charge procedure applies. Fees are payable in advance for each term. Payment is made through Stripe using the payment methods offered there; Stripe issues the invoice on behalf of the provider and sends it by email. For payment by invoice, the invoice is payable within 14 days.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and reminds the customer; the plan remains active during this time. If payment is still not made, the plan ends and the account continues on the free plan. In the event of a chargeback, the provider may suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
The provider announces price changes for running subscriptions by email at least six weeks before the next term begins. They apply from that term unless the customer cancels beforehand.
6. Term, renewal and cancellation
A paid plan runs for one month or one year, as booked, and renews for the same term unless cancelled before it ends. The customer can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current term, in the account under “Manage subscription” (Stripe customer portal) or by email to info@liquiflow.app. The plan remains usable until the end of the term; the account then continues on the free plan. Nothing is refunded for the remaining term, except in the cases of section 10. The customer changes plans in the customer portal where it offers this; the conditions of the change shown there apply.
The customer can delete the free account at any time in the settings, and after cancelling any running subscription. The provider can terminate the free account with four weeks’ notice. The right of both parties to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. There is no right of withdrawal, as the offer is directed only at businesses.
7. Account, users and team
The account is linked to the customer’s email address. Each person uses their own access; the customer does not pass on sign-in codes or access. In Organisation and Enterprise, the account owner invites further people and assigns roles. Quota, record and template belong to the team; the customer is responsible for the actions of its members. If the account falls back to a plan without a team, members stay signed in but continue on their own.
The customer may use the repair blocks for their own stores and for stores of their clients. They may not make the service available to third parties as their own service, nor generate blocks automatically outside the HTML snippet. The unlimited Enterprise plan also applies to normal use within this scope. The provider may limit or stop misuse.
8. Record and audit log
The record lists every counted block and every free correction with time, person, language, product type, EPREL registration number, product title and the SHA-256 checksum of the block HTML. It shows when which block was created, not what appeared on the product page. The audit log in Enterprise records team actions in a hash chain that makes later changes detectable. The provider makes no promise of any particular evidentiary value. The customer can download the record and the log at any time; they are deleted when the account is deleted.
9. Data protection and processing
The privacy policy describes which data the provider processes. Where the provider processes personal data in the team on behalf of the customer, such as members’ email addresses in the record and the audit log, the parties conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR in the Enterprise plan; the provider sends it for signature on request.
10. Availability and discontinuation
The provider strives for high availability but does not owe uninterrupted availability; maintenance and disruptions at third parties (such as EPREL, Cloudflare, Stripe) are possible. If the provider discontinues a paid plan or the service, it announces this by email at least three months in advance and refunds fees paid in advance for the period after discontinuation on a pro rata basis.
11. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body and health and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, it is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which the customer may rely, limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. For the information in the customer’s store, section 3 applies: the provider does not cover fines, contractual penalties or costs of warning letters based on this information unless it is responsible for them under sentence 1.
12. Changes to these terms
The provider may change these terms for the future if the law, case law, the services or the terms of its service providers change. It sends the change by email at least six weeks before it takes effect. If the customer does not object before it takes effect, the change is deemed accepted; the provider points this out in the email. If the customer objects, either party may cancel at the end of the current term. Changes are also listed in the changelog.
13. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office (Vöhringen), to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
